Common questions

The app can’t connect to my WebDAV server

Make sure the PhotosHighway Terminal companion is running on your Mac or PC and that both devices are on the same local network. Open Terminal’s Settings to see which port it is listening on, and ensure your firewall allows incoming connections on that port.

A sync stopped partway through

Pull down on the sync progress screen to retry. If the error persists, tap the sync destination in Settings to verify the connection is still authorised.

I want to disconnect a service

Go to Settings → Destinations, swipe left on the service you want to remove, and tap Remove.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email us — detailed reports with iOS version, app version (Settings → About), and steps to reproduce are the most helpful.
